Hahah - ok, so funny story - I noticed that too and was actually going to mass email everyone and see if we all wanted to band together and say no to unpaid spec work... obviously I chickened out and submitted at the last minute, I haven't heard back though - not too fussed to be honest - I like yours though - very dynamic!
